Prop Firm Rule Changes: The Dated Log

Observatory

Prop firm rules change without notice, and often without an announcement. A target that moves, a floor that gets recalculated, a reset fee that goes back up: those details decide whether an account survives. This page is the dated log of those changes, taken from the firms' own official pages. No affiliate links, no paid rankings.

Take Profit Trader

Take Profit Trader shortens its evaluation: the Test's minimum trading days goes from 5 to 3, on every size. The change is written in the official rule article "Rule 5: Be Consistent" ("you must trade for a minimum of 3 trading days") and confirmed word for word by the firm, which states this is a program change and not a promotion: "Effective immediately, evaluations are moving from 5 days to 3 days. This is a program change, and doesn't end when the flash sale ends." No other Test rule moves, consistency stays at 50%, and the PRO account's qualifying days are unaffected.

Lucid's limited-time discount switches sides and widens: it is BACK on LucidFlex after a single day away, and APPEARS on LucidPro where it did not exist. The four LucidPro evaluation resets go from 90 / 140 / 225 / 300 to 70 / 115 / 180 / 245 USD, from 25K to 150K, and the four LucidFlex resets come back from 65 / 105 / 215 / 295 to 50 / 90 / 170 / 250 USD. Reference prices do not move (Pro 123 / 192 / 307 / 410, Flex 89 / 146 / 293 / 407), nor do the VAULT-code-only prices: this is an extra discount stacking on top, not a price cut. No other Lucid value moves.

FTMO

FTMO clarification, no value changed: the condition of the 2-Step 100,000 discount is finally readable at the source. The public grid states that the 439 EUR applies only if you do not already have an active 100,000 Challenge. The tool keeps publishing 540 EUR, the reference price.

LucidFlex's limited-time discount has ended, and the reset price rises by the same amount. The resets of the four LucidFlex evaluations go from 50 / 90 / 170 / 250 USD to 65 / 105 / 215 / 295 USD, from 25K to 150K, that is 15 USD more on the two smaller sizes and 45 USD more on the two larger ones. The evaluations' reference price does not move (89 / 146 / 293 / 407 USD), and the price with the VAULT code alone goes from 50.30 / 90.20 / 170.60 / 250.40 to 65.30 / 105.20 / 215.60 / 295.40 USD: it is the extra discount that disappeared, not a price increase. No other Lucid value moves: LucidPro, LucidDaily and LucidDirect are unchanged.

Lucid publishes the prices of its LucidPro and LucidFlex evaluations again, and they are not the same as before. Since 2026-08-06 the official grid read "Get final price at checkout" and the tool could no longer price the path. The reference prices are now LucidPro 123 / 192 / 307 / 410 USD and LucidFlex 89 / 146 / 293 / 407 USD, from 25K to 150K, against 135 / 185 / 285 / 370 and 100 / 140 / 225 / 420 before they disappeared: both 25K accounts drop by about ten dollars, the 100K accounts rise markedly, the 100K Flex by 68 USD. Resets are published too, 90 / 140 / 225 / 300 on Pro and 50 / 90 / 170 / 250 on Flex. These are the prices before any promo code: the page also shows a VAULT code, and a limited-time discount on LucidFlex, which go markedly lower. We record the reference price, the most the trader will pay. No other Lucid value moves.

Earn2TradeMyFundedFutures

All eight firms are now re-read IN FULL every morning, instead of three a day with the other five on a weekly rotation. This first complete pass corrects one price and clarifies one trap. The price: the Add-On variant of MyFundedFutures' Builder 50K costs 125 USD, the tool showed 153, which is the default variant's price. It is the cheaper variant of the plan, precisely because its loss cushion is tighter (1,500 instead of 2,000): we were overstating its cost by 28 USD. The trap: at Earn2Trade the FIXED drawdown depends not on account size but on the PATH taken, the three ladders having been read one by one. A 200,000 reached through a TCP25 is fixed at 194,000; the same 200,000 reached through a TCP50 or a TCP100 is still trailing at 6,000, and it is its 400,000 that is fixed, at 388,000. The tool shows only one ladder: its static 200,000 holds for the TCP25 path only.

Earn2TradeMyFundedFutures

Three data corrections from a re-verification at the sources. The most serious: MyFundedFutures sells the Builder 50K with TWO maximum loss limit options, 2,000 or 1,500, and the file only had the first. A member who chose the Add-On variant saw a floor at 48,000 when theirs sits at 48,500: at 48,200 the tool called the account alive while it was already breached. The variant now exists in the tool. Then: the 200K and 400K funded accounts of Earn2Trade's Trader Career Path use a FIXED drawdown at 194,000 and 388,000, they were described as end-of-day trailing, which warned too early. Finally, the MyFundedFutures locking text announced the balances that TRIGGER the lock as if they were the locked floors: a member on a 50K read 52,100 instead of 50,100.

Earn2TradeMyFundedFuturesTake Profit Trader

Audit fixes on the firms added the same day, one of them DANGEROUS: the MyFundedFutures funded Pro account does not start at zero but at the full account amount, so its locked floor is 50,100 / 100,100 / 150,100 and not 100. Also: Take Profit Trader's PRO+ does start at zero, MyFundedFutures evaluations do lock their floor at +100 (documented at the source, contrary to our warning), the Rapid EOD 50K plan enters the tool, Earn2Trade's LiveSim caps are added and its resets are dynamic again.

Earn2TradeFTMOMyFundedFuturesTake Profit TraderTopstep

MAJOR EXTENSION: the tool goes from 3 to 8 firms and from 64 to 152 accounts. Topstep, Take Profit Trader, MyFundedFutures, Earn2Trade and FTMO join, the latter being the first CFD firm. Every value was read the same day on the firms' official pages. Three structural additions: the market (futures or CFD) is shown on each account, the STARTING balance is now distinct from the account size (Topstep and MyFundedFutures start at zero although the account is called 50K), and the STATIC drawdown mode arrives with FTMO, whose floor never moves. Worth noting: MyFundedFutures' Flex plan was discontinued on 5 August 2026 and is not listed.

Tradeify

Tradeify: the LIGHTNING FUNDED account enters the tool (4 sizes, instantly funded, no evaluation). End of Day drawdowns 1,000 / 2,000 / 4,000 / 5,250, daily loss limit none / 1,250 / 2,500 / 3,000 as a soft breach then raised to the drawdown level at 6% profit, contracts 1 / 4 / 8 / 12 minis from the start, prices 345 / 492 / 660 / 796 USD with no reset available, cycle goals 1,500 / 3,000 / 6,000 / 9,000 then 1,000 / 2,000 / 3,500 / 4,500, payout caps 1,000 / 2,000 / 2,500 / 3,000 then 1,000 / 2,500 / 3,000 / 3,500 from the 4th onward, minimum withdrawal 1,000 and progressive consistency 20% then 25% then 30%.

Tradeify

Tradeify: the Select 50K evaluation reset fee goes back from 95 to 109 USD, the amount that applied before 2026-08-06. The four purchase prices (109 / 165 / 265 / 369) and the three other reset fees (60 / 169 / 239) are unchanged, and so is the Growth pricing grid. Source: the official Tradeify Pricing Reference article, flagged as updated this week, read twice.

Tradeify

Lucid: the amounts of LucidFlex's optional daily loss limit are now PUBLISHED on the official grid, where they appeared nowhere the day before: 600 USD on 25K, 1,200 on 50K, 1,800 on 100K and 2,700 on 150K when the option is enabled at purchase (the same amounts as LucidPro). These values now appear in the tool, where LucidFlex previously showed an unknown DLL. No other Lucid, Apex or Tradeify value changed.

Tradeify

Tradeify: the Growth EVALUATION enters the tool (4 sizes). Targets 1,500 / 3,000 / 6,000 / 9,000, End of Day drawdowns 1,000 / 2,000 / 3,500 / 5,000, soft-breach daily loss limits 600 / 1,250 / 2,500 / 3,750, NO consistency rule (can be passed in one day), contracts 1 / 4 / 8 / 12 minis, prices 99 / 145 / 255 / 369 USD with resets 60 / 95 / 155 / 215 USD.

Tradeify

Tradeify: the Select 50K evaluation reset fee drops from 109 to 95 USD. The four purchase prices (109 / 165 / 265 / 369) and the three other reset fees (60 / 169 / 239) are unchanged. Source: the official Tradeify Pricing Reference article, flagged as updated today.

Lucid: LucidPro and LucidFlex become CONFIGURABLE plans. The daily loss limit is chosen at purchase (on or off) and applies to BOTH phases, evaluation and funded account, exactly like LucidDaily. Sources: the official LucidPro Customization and LucidFlex Customization articles, plus the ON/OFF buttons on all eight cards of the official configurator.

Lucid: LucidPro and LucidFlex prices are NO LONGER shown on the official grid. All eight cards read "Get final price at checkout", whatever option is selected. The prices the tool published (Pro 135 / 185 / 285 / 370, Flex 100 / 140 / 225 / 420) can no longer be verified at the source and are removed from the displayed path cost.

Lucid: LucidDirect prices go down, read from the official configurator (one-time payment, before any promo code): 25K 340 → 329, 50K 520 → 515, 150K 840 → 836. The 100K stays at 700.

Lucid: the LucidDaily price grid is restructured. The displayed price now depends only on the drawdown chosen for the evaluation (Intraday 115 / 156 / 264 / 367, End of Day 137 / 185 / 314 / 436), the former "DLL on" discount becoming a limited-time promotion (20 / 25 / 45 / 55 to 60 USD by size). Reset fees still depend on both options and are unchanged.

TOOL CORRECTION (Apex's rule itself has not changed). Intraday evaluation: the trailing threshold DOES LOCK on Rithmic and WealthCharts evaluations once it reaches the Profit Target level (official 50K example: locked at 53,000, reached at 55,000); it never locks on Tradovate. The tool showed "no locking announced, assume the floor keeps rising as you rise", which had been wrong since the evaluations were added on 08/02/2026. Source: the official Intraday Trailing Drawdown Explained article.

Tradeify

Tradeify: the Select EVALUATION enters the tool (4 sizes). Targets 1,500 / 3,000 / 6,000 / 9,000, End of Day drawdowns 1,000 / 2,000 / 3,000 / 4,500, NO daily loss limit, a 40% consistency rule forcing a 3-trading-day minimum, contracts 1 / 4 / 8 / 12 minis, prices 109 / 165 / 265 / 369 USD with resets 60 / 109 / 169 / 239 USD, and no floor locking before the funded account.

LucidDaily: the official help center has finally published the path's articles (they were missing). The LucidDaily FUNDED account enters the tool: 4 sizes, always an intraday drawdown, buffer 1,100 / 2,100 / 3,100 / 4,600, daily payouts with no per-request cap, no consistency rule, red folder news trading forbidden on pain of a breached account. Two corrections on the LucidDaily evaluation: its floor DOES lock at Start + 100 (the tool showed "no locking"), and its optional daily loss limit is 600 / 1,200 / 1,800 / 2,700 when switched on at purchase (the tool showed "none").

Apex: both EVALUATIONS are now in the tool (EOD and Intraday, 4 sizes). Targets 1,500 / 3,000 / 6,000 / 9,000, drawdowns 1,000 / 2,000 / 3,000 / 4,000, fixed DLL 500 / 1,000 / 1,500 / 2,000 on EOD and NO DLL on Intraday, 30-day access, no consistency rule, 7 days to activate the funded account.

Tradeify

Tradeify Select Daily: floor locking confirmed at the official source (it moves to Start + 100 when the closing balance exceeds the drawdown by more than 100). The locking column goes from "undocumented" to the exact rule, trigger levels included.

How these changes are logged

  • Every value comes from the firm's own page or help center, never from a comparison site or a video.
  • A figure that cannot be verified at the source is not published.
  • Each entry carries the date it was checked. When a rule changes, the previous value stays on the record: that is what makes the movement visible.
  • Ephore Market has no affiliate relationship with these firms and earns no commission. That is the condition for this log to stay usable.
