Since the takeover of the Ephore Market business by VESTRELIN LLC, the data controller is VESTRELIN LLC. The data is kept in the same tools, for the same purposes and with the same safeguards: this change of publisher alters neither the use of your data nor your rights.

Personal data collected

We collect the following data when you browse, make purchases or interact with our services:

  • Surname, first name
  • Email address
  • Country and city of residence
  • IP address
  • Connection and browsing data (cookies, pixels)
  • Purchase history and billing data
  • TradingView username (for indicator activation)
  • Email interaction data (opens, clicks)

Note: Payment information (card number, bank details) is processed directly by our payment providers (Stripe, PayPal) and is never stored on our servers.

All our processors are contractually bound to comply with the security and confidentiality requirements of the GDPR.

Article 5

Retention period

  • Billing and accounting data: 6 years (legal obligation)
  • Contract-related data (training access, indicators): duration of the contract + 3 years (limitation period)
  • Marketing data (unconverted prospects): 3 years after the last contact
  • TradingView data (username): until access to the indicators is revoked
  • Cookies: 13 months maximum (in accordance with the recommendations of the CNIL (French data protection authority))

Cookies and tracking technologies

The website uses cookies and similar technologies (pixels, tags). In accordance with the GDPR and the recommendations of the CNIL, non-essential cookies are only placed after your explicit consent via the consent banner displayed on your first visit.

Essential cookies (without consent):

Shopify session cookies, shopping cart, authentication. These cookies are necessary for the operation of the website and cannot be disabled.

Analytics and advertising cookies (with consent):

  • Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram): tracking of advertising conversions, creation of retargeting audiences, performance measurement of Meta Ads campaigns
  • Klaviyo: tracking of email interactions and content personalisation

You can change your cookie preferences at any time via the "Manage my cookies" link available in the website footer, or via your browser settings. Refusing non-essential cookies does not affect your access to the website's content.

International data transfers

Some of your data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA), in particular to:

  • The United Arab Emirates (registered office of the Company)
  • The United States (Klaviyo, Stripe, TradingView, Vimeo, Meta, Partial.ly, Set Smart)
  • Canada (Shopify, Bettermode)

These transfers are governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses (SCCs) or by an adequacy decision (Canada). For transfers to the United States, our processors adhere to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where applicable.

Data security

All data is transmitted via an encrypted HTTPS connection. Payments are secured and encrypted in accordance with PCI DSS standards (Stripe, PayPal).

Data is stored on the secure servers of our processors (Shopify, Klaviyo, Bettermode) with protection measures in line with industry standards (encryption at rest, access control, monitoring).

Your rights (GDPR)

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679), you have the following rights:

Have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected.

Protection of minors

Our products are intended exclusively for adults (18 years and over). We do not knowingly collect data relating to minors. If we discover that data relating to a minor has been collected, it will be deleted as soon as possible.
